Writing a New Rulebook (Special shout out to Anthony!)
One of my favorite things about writing these articles is that sometimes words can only take us so far.
We can understand where our patterns came from and recognize the inherited rules we’ve been living by. We can even decide that we’re ready for something different, but knowing and feeling aren’t always the same thing.
That’s why I recorded today’s companion hypnosis.
Instead of just thinking about the old rules you’ve carried, this session invites your subconscious somewhere else entirely, a quiet library where every chapter of your life has been carefully preserved. Together, you’ll explore the rulebook that helped you survive, honor the wisdom it once held, and begin writing something new.
Not because your past was wrong or because you need to erase who you’ve been.
But because you’re allowed to choose what belongs in the next chapter.
